We are looking for a Sales Development representative who will strive in our fast-paced startup environment. You will be working directly with our team to grow our subscriptions for Billdr PRO, our SaaS for general contractors (GCs). You’ll be part of the earliest members of our B2B sales org, so we require you to have a strong analytical mindset in order to improve our sales strategy and its execution. You are expected to make your own cold prospecting including curating your target list, cold calls, cold emails, etc.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
• Nurture relationships with prospects to get referrals
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of residential construction (an asset)
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral): please note that we’re also hiring francophones but we require being fluent in English as well
• Excellent active listening skills, clear and concise communication
• Team player, motivated, and ambitious
