Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Philadelphia, PA. As an Operations Project Manager at Impilo, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to logistics, support, and software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Ideal * 2 Years of Consulting, Banking, or other project management experience
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a logistics or operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management tools and software
Knowledge of healthcare operations and supply chain management is a plus
Certification in project management is a plus
